An insight into the new organized crime

For sure this type of things must be going since the invention of the internet, but this time it got to the news. I wonder how can organizations/nations go after these type of organized crime.

What this article does which I think is new is tagging the term FLASH MOB to this type of operation which is certainly not new. It's a quite accurate & valid description IMO.
